Track Info

Don't miss the fastest event on dirt in Wyoming!

Just a little history about Sweetwater Speedway. The track was built back in the 1970's and is part of the Sweetwater Events Complex grounds. There have been several different organizations and promoters over the years that have kept racing alive in Sweetwater County.

In 2015 the Sweetwater Dirt Track Racing Alliance was formed as a non-profit organization. It is the Alliance that coordinates the events and is run by a group of dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Kara Beech at sweetwaterspeedway@gmail.com.

Grandstands open at 5:30pm with racing starting at 6pm with go-karts and 7pm for regular races.

New Health Orders and what that means for SPECTATORS
1. If you do not feel well, please stay home. This includes not attending an event if you have a fever, any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or a known exposure within the last 14 days to someone who has COVID-19.
2. Signs will be posted at the grandstand admission, concession stands, beer shack, bathrooms and main entrances of the grandstands stating this information along with proper hygiene techniques.
3. All spectators must wash their hands after using the bathroom. There will be additional hand hygiene stations available at grandstand admission, concessions, and the beer shack.
4. It is strongly recommended each spectator wear a mask.
5. Spectators must sit at least 6 feet apart. Family groups may sit together, but everyone else must be 6 feet apart.
6. For any situation where a line may form, at least 6 feet must remain between each person in line. This is in effect for the admission gate, concession area, beer shack and bathrooms.
7. At the concession stand, there will be NO community condiment area. All condiments will be added by the concession staff if wanted.
8. DO NOT stand in the concourse area to spectate. We understand many of our fans like standing behind the bleachers, however this may clog that area. If you are not getting concessions, you must be seated in the bleachers.
9. We will have people on property monitoring these guidelines. We will also have markers around the property.
10. Refusal to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the property.
